How to register your judokas

Only national federations affiliated with JuDown / SU-DS may register judokas. Clubs, coaches, parents and individual athletes cannot register directly and cannot become members of JuDown or SU-DS — always contact your national federation, which enters you on its behalf. The membership must be valid and paid for the current season, otherwise entries cannot be accepted.

Each delegation gets one invitation with a code. The Head of Delegation uses it to create the delegation account and confirm the intent to participate.

Before the intent deadline, state whether you are coming and roughly how many athletes and officials you expect to bring.

For every judoka you need: full name, date of birth, gender, official weight category, judo grade, medical classification (Trisomy 21 or Mosaic), SUDS registration number and a passport photo. Coaches, officials and referees are registered in the same list.

Entry numbers plus the 30% deposit come first, then the final entry names with the remaining 70%. Both deadlines are shown in your delegation portal.

Add flights (or self-arranged travel), package and room choices, and any allergies or dietary needs so transport and the kitchen can be planned.
