Excel entry template
Prepare your entries offline — one sheet each for athletes, coaches/officials, accommodation, food and airport transfer. The Head of Delegation uploads the finished file in the delegation portal.
- Athletes: full name, date of birth, gender, T21 / Mosaic, SUDS number, weight and belt (orange minimum).
- Certificates per athlete: medical certificate and classification proof are mandatory, photo & media consent is recorded as Yes/No.
- Coaches, officials, referees, head referees, VIPs and family members go on the second sheet.
